

The Old School Emulation Center (TOSEC) is a retrocomputing initiative dedicated to the cataloging and preservation of software, firmware and resources for microcomputers, minicomputers and video game consoles. The collection includes a broad range of software related materials including shareware, freeware, video news releases about software titles, speed runs of actual software game play, previews and promos for software games, high-score and skill replays of various game genres, and the art of filmmaking with real-time computer game engines. This unlocker is also untested with VP/RV, so proceed with caution.DESCRIPTION The Internet Archive Software Collection is the largest vintage and historical software library in the world, providing instant access to millions of programs, CD-ROM images, documentation and multimedia. You will need to use the trainer that comes with your mod (either VP's overlay or RV2Tool) to use the DLC vehicles. Due to various compatibility issues, only the savegame is edited when these mods are installed. Partial mod support (Vanity Pack and Russian Vanity) is included. Of course, you can just use a save editor to unlock them early if you want. The tool also takes progression into account in the case of bikes, so if you haven't unlocked the FV1100-TI or Firehawk GP yet, they'll remain locked. This unlocker addresses the issues faced by other tools by moving all the DLC out of the impacted categories and into one that's normally available.
